From a very young age, i always took pleasure when i surrounding myself with it. to put oneself at the service of others to bring them happiness was obvious to me. my love for gastronomy and its history, family values about respect for nature that i discovered while strolling through the family vineyards, and admiration for these exceptional men who know how to magnify beautiful products did the rest. i fulfilled my dream as a little boy by joining the ‘ecole hôtelière de lausanne’ in 1997. it is in this place that my taste for excellence, surpassing oneself, the satisfaction of a job well done and the need for devotion to my clients has grown.

My mind opened up through my professional experiences: cannes, geneva, lausanne, san francisco, johannesburg. i added to the love of my profession, the love of beautiful encounters. today, i am most happy when i am surrounded by people who share the same dedication as i have to my passion: to give pleasure, to bring moments of happiness.
